The villa:
- The villa is composed of five bedrooms, all en-suite with showers and toilets. Four are on the ground level (three with sea views and one with a mountain view) and all bedrooms benefit from large floor to ceiling windows, leading out to seated terrace areas
- The master room is located on the first floor, it is private from the other bedrooms and also offers a wonderful sea view
- The living room is on the first floor, with stunning views - five metre floor to ceiling windows, spacious terraces. An exterior staircase allows access from the living room to the swimming pool and summer kitchen
- A well equipped kitchen : oven, microwave, induction cooking plate, two fridges, an American fridge, wine cellar, two sinks and two dishwashers. An office also is useful for storage. Many kitchen appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and KitchenAid blender
- Laundry room with washer /dryer
Outside:
